Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Engineer to support the growth of our customer base within the industrial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting technical solutions, identifying customer needs, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts
  • Present instrumentation and automation products and solutions to industrial customers
  • Conduct customer visits and on-site meetings at industrial facilities
  • Understand technical requirements and prepare application-based solutions
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and technical seminars
  • Collaborate closely with the Technical Support and Order Processing teams

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within an industrial environment
  • Strong technical understanding of instrumentation, measurement principles, automation systems, sensors, and related technologies
  • Knowledge of industrial automation products will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong results-driven approach
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Very good command of English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and general computer applications
